Dr.20 is the healthcare service of DR20 TRUST. With the Dr.20 app (coming soon), you will be able to book an in-person consultation with a Trust doctor at our branch clinic, or arrange nursing, elder care and physiotherapy at home — for yourself or your family.

The ₹20 doctor consultation
Under the Trust's Dr20 Consultation Programme, registered doctors see patients in person at the branch clinic for a nominal fee of ₹20. The fee is set by the Board of Trustees and may be revised. The app always shows the current fee before you pay.

Sign in with your mobile number
Install the Dr.20 app and sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. You can look at services before you sign in.

Choose a service
Pick a doctor and a time for a consultation, or request a home visit or shift. You can book for yourself or for a family member.

Pay before the service
See the full price before you pay. Pay online with UPI or a card, with a UPI QR code, or in cash at the branch.

Receive care
Visit the clinic with your appointment pass, or welcome the nurse, caregiver or physiotherapist assigned by your branch.
No smartphone? The branch front desk can book for you, and family members can manage your bookings from their own account.

DR20 TRUST is registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, and is based in Kavalkinaru, Tirunelveli District. Its income is used only for its charitable objects.
